PTFE Non-stick Baskets and Mesh products are made from FDA-approved PTFE  material and are food safe. Essentialware’s baskets are produced to outperform and outlast other PTFE mesh baskets. Do not allow basket or mesh surface to come into direct contact with flame or radiant oven coils.

We recommend using oven paddle for insertion and removal of basket to extend product life. Do not use metal tongs.
