PTFE Non-stick Pressing Pillow | 4″ x 12″

Essentialware’s PTFE pressing pillows are designed for industrial as well as sublimation heat pressing projects that use zippers, buttons, creases, and rhinestone and more. Used in dye sublimation to help evenly distribute pressure and protect materials in the sublimation process. Make sure to adjust pressure for pad and material thickness. Recommended max temperature is 400°F. Sublimation times vary depending on pressure, time, temp, and recommended settings from the manufacturers of the dye sub ink, tiles, porcelain, and other materials.

Non-stick pressing pillows are top quality, 3 mil, Triple-Coated advanced flouropolymer (PTFE) fabric. The only pillow made with 3/4 Inch high temperature memory foam to outlast other pillows.
